What is Parental alienation?

Parental alienation disputes are described as ‘intractable contact disputes’ by the court, and they generally require the appointment of a Guardian as well as expert intervention to resolve them.

Perduco Law has amassed considerable knowledge and experience of the resolution process. Our case management of parental alienation disputes can include, but is not limited to:

  • Having your case recognised by the court as ‘intractable’ and allocated to a more senior judge;
  • Having your case identified as requiring the appointment of a rule 16.4 Guardian;
  • Sourcing court approved experts to file witness reports and making ‘part 25’ Applications;
  • Overturning Section 7 Reports that have failed to identify parental alienation as an concern;
  • Appealing against a current No Contact Order.
